Who we are

DONUKAPS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17437306) with its registered office at 4 Moss Bank, Cambridge, CB4 1UR, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our applications.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build profiles of visitors.

If you email us, we hold your email address and the contents of your message so that we can reply. Our applications collect only the data described in their own in-app privacy notices and App Store privacy labels.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and support our products, and to meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (replying to you and running our business), performance of a contract where we are supplying you a service, and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (for example email hosting and application hosting) under contracts that require them to protect it. Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, and then delete it. Records we are required to keep for tax or company law are retained for the statutory period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy in a portable format. Email us to exercise any of these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
